About Service Catalyst
Service Catalyst was founded because we know what it feels like to build a service business that looks successful on paper while underneath, it feels chaotic.
We’ve lived the constant pressure: full schedules, not sure what to focus on next, team questions piling up, and not know if or how profitable we are. We know what it’s like to grow revenue without gaining freedom. To feel stuck.

Meet Our Founders
Tim Jordan is a serial service business entrepreneur based in Colorado who has built, scaled, and exited multiple companies across home services and specialty contracting. He purchased his first business at 21, grew organizations to over 100 employees by 27, and has led companies through operational expansion, systemization, and successful exits including the sale of Palmer Flower Companies in 2024 and Mold Removal Express in 2025. His career has centered on installing repeatable systems, building leadership teams, and turning owner-dependent operations into scalable companies.
Today, Tim serves as President of SG Window Tint, operating locations in Denver and Fort Collins – the business he bought at 21. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand across automotive, residential, and commercial markets with a strong emphasis on process discipline, team development, and operational excellence. He remains actively involved in day-to-day strategy and growth, continuing to refine the systems that drive sustainable performance.
Through building, scaling, and exiting his own companies, Tim developed a deep conviction that entrepreneurial freedom is earned through disciplined systems not luck or hustle alone. That experience has fueled a strong commitment to helping other service business owners grow sustainably and build companies that support their lives, not consume them.

Mike Weant is a service business owner, marketer, and operator based in Northern Colorado, focused on building scalable, system-driven companies in the home services space. As the founder of NoCo Pet Doors, he has grown a niche installation business into a recognized regional brand by combining strong local marketing, efficient operations, and a customer-first approach.
His experience is rooted in the day-to-day realities of running and growing a service business—from lead generation and sales to fulfillment, hiring, and process optimization. Through building NoCo Pet Doors, Mike has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create consistent demand, convert leads at a high level, and deliver a premium customer experience without overcomplicating the business.
In addition to operating his own company, Mike is the founder of Triton Strategic Management, where he helps service businesses generate leads and build brand authority through high-volume, strategic content and paid advertising. His work focuses on practical, implementation-heavy strategies that drive real results—not theory.
Through Service Catalyst, Mike is committed to helping service business owners break out of survival mode and build companies that are predictable, scalable, and aligned with their long-term goals as business owners, husbands, and fathers. He believes growth comes from clarity, systems, and consistent execution not guesswork or burnout.
Josh has owned, operated, and exited several service and construction businesses since he entered the trades in 2007. He has successfully led teams of 1 to 10 people and scaled remodeling and painting businesses to over $1.5 million in revenue.
Under his direct leadership as CEO, Restoration Carpentry (now Restoration Remodeling) in Kansas City, MO, grew from a single-owner business to three owners and five part and full-time staff. Between 2023 and 2025, the company completed over 160 successful projects, including commercial work and high-end residential projects up to $500k, while amassing over 60 five-star reviews.
He is currently a founding partner and minority owner in Service Catalyst (Fort Collins, CO), Wellspring Remodeling (Lenexa, KS, and Fort Collins, CO), and the sole owner of Timnath Painting (Timnath, CO). Additionally, Josh has experience consulting industry peers and new construction startups, focusing on company culture, sales philosophy and tactics, and overall marketing strategy.
Josh believes, above all, that business owners can achieve independence and deep joy by operating businesses with a culture of generosity and excellence. He is a husband and father of four whose family resides on an small-but-thriving homestead in Johnstown, CO.
